Refund Policy

ScoreResume is a digital software product that delivers downloadable files and online services instantly after purchase. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

When we may issue a refund

We will issue a full refund if:

  • •Your PDF failed to generate due to a technical fault on our end
  • •You were charged but did not receive access to your paid tier
  • •You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not downloaded the PDF or used credits

When refunds are not issued

Refunds are generally not issued if:

  • •The PDF was successfully generated and downloaded
  • •The request is made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • •Download credits or features included in the plan were used

How to request a refund

  • •The email address used during purchase
  • •Your payment ID or receipt

We review requests within 48 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days.

If the product fails to function as described, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
